My grandma and grandpa lived without electricity or running water. They had electricity by the time I was born but didn’t get running water until I was in my teens. I saw her dehydrate things to preserve them. I know I can live this way. I have a well but no water in a power outage so I got a well bucket like I saw my grandpa use. I bought a way to purify water. I’m growing a small garden. I have food put up just like my grandma and grandpa did. Spirit tells me I’m ready. I put things up because I help my family when they need anything. I have a kerosene heater I can cook on but also propane put back for a small grill I have put up. I have these things because we usually have power outages during the winter but it makes me ready for most things. I too need to build my stamina up. I’m 67 so I’ve slowed down…too much. Thank you. Bad things aren’t going to happen everywhere. I believe spirit watches out for us.

I don’t understand why people are so fast to buy new gadgets that come out. It’s like look at ME I got a smart watch. Good for you. Do you really need that? New car? Is the one you have broken? I like my 28 year old car it has no remote no computer nothing to track me.
On the subject of learning, I've heard it's a good idea to learn about blockchain technology, not for investing but simply for understanding how it works. Does anyone know of an online course or seminar that walks people through the basics? I checked our local community college, but it's not offered. Thanks in advance~

When I want something that is expensive I ask myself do you really need this? It took me years to buy something sometimes.
