- The biggest debate right now on Crypto Twitter is between Solana & Ethereum. Which is the better project, and which coin will perform better in 2024? Well in this video we're going to do a deep analysis into this very question and compare SOL and ETH across a few important categories before I share my final verdict.

There's only one answer to that. BOTH!
I am heavily invested in both and would love for Solana to reach ETH's market cap, as it will make me a ton of money.
However since Dec 14th(First time Solana flipped ETH in DEX volume), ETH still to this day has higher DEX volume 90%+ of the time and this doesn't even include the Layer-2's, which is where a lot of the volume is being pushed to and was the entire purpose of Dencun. Solana seems like its doing more in volume most of the time because its headline every time it does as multiple people post it on twitter but nobody bothers to post ETH's volume beating Solana.....For this reason in terms of adoption i think ETH still easily wins here.
BTC, ETH, and Solana should be in everyone's portfolio. Solana is a great risk reward but still carries more risk and i think people under-estimate ETH majority of the time. It's tough to say if Solana is gunna keep crushing it or just this cycles "ETH Killer" that never quite makes it and fades after the hype dies off. In my opinion i think Solana will continue to do well but also think ETH will remain king.
Have both ETH and SOL, but also a smaller bag of KAS as a wild card play.

It is scalable, it's cheap, it's faster, it doesn't need a bunch of L2 every year saying that it will change the game, and mostly it still doesn't have so many VC insiders ready to dump on you. Solana is definitely the answer, it's the future.

@@OldmanCrypto100 You forgot to mention ZK rollups on Solana as well. Imagine a L2 on Solana where the L1 itself is already super cheap, fast and scalable. Like I said, every year there is a new L2 on Ethereum saying that it is going to change the game... Truth be told, those projects are just thirsty for liquidity coming from the ETH network, they already have better options, Solana.

Personally I prefer Solana due to lower fees and it's simplicity. I use stablecoins a lot and switched over from Ethereum and Arbitrum.

Idk what you are smoking with that dex volume and transacion, only things that matters are Dapps volume and TVL locked. Transaction numbers mean nothing, you can see 10+ chains with more "transactions" then eth because they are just bot spamming.
