@@EshiaLy just do exactly what she did , I added or extra egg as I thought the ones I had were small . But for the icing I would have done same just that I didn’t have time and evryone wanted the cake without icing in the end . I also took some batter added green and dropped it randomly for a marbled look

Is it best baked the day before or same day? Because I know usually ‘maspin’ type cakes taste better the next day.
