Tip: copy the frame you want to make it stop, copy it, then keep repeatedly pasting it back

Good! But on the pupil part whenever I try to copy & paste it it goes straight to the eyebrow even tho it’s on layer 3 and the eyebrows are in layer 2! Know how to fix it?

That shouldn’t be happenin’? Are you sure ya aren’t copy n pastin’ it to both layers? if ur not, then it must be some sort of bug? that has never happened to me before so i don’t rlly know what to do abt that, im sorry! hopefully it gets fixed or u find out a way to sort it out!!
