how to debug or breakdown large stored procedure. I get so confused when there are 4 to 5 joins in a stored procedure while working in my company. Please elaborate some points on this. Thanks.

Once the job executed for the next execution it should take value for one table.
Ex: if job runs for every 5 min and in between i change the value of some xyz table value to 10 then schedule time change to 10 min
