That was such a fun Sephora haul. To be honest, I prefer a haul rather than a wish list. I don't know, I guess it's just because I'm on a no buy that people just throwing products at me that I know I can't buy is worse than actually seeing them and getting the gratification knowing that you're going to be able to enjoy them just makes me feel better. Enjoy everything that you got.

That's weird how getting off your pills are making you sweat. Once I started taking vitamins D in gel pill form and that was making me sweat! I changed to tablets and it stopped lol Weird...I want that Anastasia eyeshadow palette! But it is so pricey. I may wait on it lol Please do some looks with it😍
K 18 is amazing I left it on for 20 minutes after shower then I shampooed then I applied conditioner, made my hair so soft and hydrated, I have bleached balayage , I want to keep it long, so I need all the bonding products

Unrelated to the haul... on the birth control topic, if it's too personal of a question no worries I understand. I am just curious are you now on an IUD and is it the non hormonal? If you are, curious if you can talk about your experiences... I tried the Mierna hormonal and I didn't like it, I really want to try the non hormonal because I want to give my body a break ( been on birth control since I was 15 and I'm 30 now!) I am just so scared the cramping will be really bad, birth control manages my cramps but I just really want to give my body a break of hormones it's the severe cramping that always makes me go back to the pill.

Hi love so I’m forever late answering this but no I actually went completely off birth control I was taking the hormonal pill and now I just am not on anything. I’ve heard unfortunate stories involving the IUD and I’m not brave enough at all to even go through getting one inserted. I totally understand the appeal but I just personally worry that there’s too many stories of pain, cysts & side effects. And I saw a TikTok explaining how the hormonal vs non hormonal (copper) are inserted and it freaked me out a bit. I do hope that you’re able to find something that works for you! Being on hormones for so long makes it scary to take the leap but I’m hoping to see some over all improvements soon ❤ I also was on mine for cramps that I couldn’t manage. I am trying a TENS machine and various natural remedies and I survived my first period!! The pain was there but it wasn’t as bad as I worked it up to be in my head.

Just so I don't forget, because I have the brain of a goldfish lately, you are currently on the Sephora blush, and it does come apart like that. When you flip it over to the back, the blush itself comes out so you can put it into a magnetic palette if you want.
