On plutonium you use the dev console. You open it by hitting Fn and ~ then you type in cg_fov 80 or whatever you want to change it to. And you can also do cg_fovscale 1.2 or whatever you want for the affected fov. For IW4X you can do it quickly in the options 😎❤️
