definitions of SCs and STs are not mentioned in indian constitution anywhere.But in articles like 15,16,17,23,46,330,332,338,338A mentioned about their rights and provisions for their overall development

Constitution Article 366(24) and Article 366(25) mentions about definition on term SC and ST respectively. They must be read with Article 341 and 342.
