I’m thinking if this is really Z Trunks, being age 32 now, his hair might change color with age. We really don’t know and they made it so confusing with the anime

Buu went from terror of the universe to hanging out with them as a friend. Beerus went from destroying planets for too much salt in his food to being chill enough to not even kill Trunks for disrespecting him straight to his face. Zeno went from erasing universes for "the slightest perceived insult" to letting Goku pick him up like a baby. Goku just has that good energy!
