Richard Hunt to create installation at the Obama Presidential Center

We couldn’t be prouder to reveal that internationally renowned artist Richard Hunt is creating a sculpture for the Obama Presidential Center. In so many ways, Richard’s life and work are the embodiment of our belief that art has the power to connect, transform, and inspire us.
At the Center, Richard’s “Book Bird” sculpture will live outside a branch of the Chicago Public Library. This beautiful piece encapsulates the progress one can make through reading-embodying the inspiration we hope all young people take away when they visit the Obama Presidential Center.
