Exploring idverde’s Impact in Northern Ireland: Connecting with Communities and Clients

On May 7th, Chief Colleagues and Culture Officer, Amanda Capon and Head of Marketing and Communications for idverde UK, Rhiannan Falshaw-Skelly, visited the amazing team in Northern Ireland led by Barry Mott and Gemma Fawcett, to explore the teams’ contributions to contracts across Northern Ireland and the incredible community engagement initiatives that are underway across the region.
During the visit, Amanda and Rhiannan visited Stormont Estate and Dunluce Castle to speak to Grounds Maintenance Operatives about their work, the contracts and their experience of working with clients and for idverde.
Gemma and Barry also arranged a meeting with The Turnaround Project, a Belfast based charity and social enterprise working to redefine the boundaries between the justice system and the wider community in Northern Ireland.
The team spoke to Richard Good, the Director of the Turnaround Project, who mentioned how the partnership with idverde allowed the opportunity to support people back into work and the incredible impact it was having on the project.
Finally, during Amanda and Rhiannan's time in Belfast, they had the chance to meet the teams in the Belfast office who manage the contracts and were even privy to a new starter induction, where Amanda had the chance to talk to some of the new recruits within the company.
Overall, the team were thrilled by the opportunity to explore its wider work in Northern Ireland and look forward to promoting more of the amazing work our NI teams provide in the future.
