Hi! I've just checked the math in this problem. And... I found a typo! :-) Sorry! Where I first calculate "Re" I get 0.1535, but then at the very end when I plug it into the WACC formula I incorrectly typed "0.1525". That's probably why your answer for WACC is a bit lower than it needs to be.
Outstanding example. I like it when instructors use REAL world calculations and assumptions such as the debt portion of this example. Well done!
