I was there during the contests from 1999-2001 when vert ramp was inside.. so I seen all the heavy stuff go down.. sat next to andy mcdonald- such a down to earth guy- also hung out with Tim Brauch and Chet childress in their hotel room at la quinta.. and smoked out quim cardona and john cardiels drunka ss at the days inn 2 blocks away from the park... this place is literally a skateboarders trip to MECCA son- you have no idea what goes down there outside the park- especially at YBOR CITY afterwards with them- its insane
