I’m proud of this group of men. Their mentality and approach says it all. They are truly an example of what the city and university should reflect. As an aging athlete myself, i hope the younger generations latch on to the bar set by these players.
These guys are great. The way they work together and stand up for each other without being glory hogs is outstanding. Nothing to be ashamed of you guys did great and we are all so f-ing around of you, the way you played and who you are both on and off the court.
Great team, showed lots of class in this unfortunate defeat, all the best for the future of this fantastic program. Really enjoyed watching this team the past couple years!

I'm a Uconn fan but SDST played us better than any non conference team, I predicted a blowout but with 6 or so left 60-55 I swear I thought we were going to lose. It was trending all wrong.
Finally someone with some common sense....credit uconn for coming clutch with that 3 pter....and also hitting the free throws....the game was lost when uconn went into the bonus with 13 mins left so sdsu couldnt play their own defense....for sdsu to played this bad with 12 mins no fg, no bench scoring, uconn double sdsu FTs attempts, sdsu best player struggling and team playing on national stage....to be down 5 pts and things were looking promising....the scores doesnt indicate the outcome and flow of the game
