I got one to use so by citori can take a much needed break. But i noticed its kind of a pain to break open after a shot to change the shells. Is this normal? I got the composite version. Took it apart and cleaned and oiled everything. Then took it for a 150 clay tournament and the more i shot the worse it got. When i got it home and took it apart i noticed some scrapes along where the barrels meet the receiver. It points and does a good job of breaking clays but man is it a pain to clear out shells. Even my team mates were noticing i was having issues
@@stanreedy2686 early models had bad triggers and some issues with stocks cracking. Not exactly sure what year these fixes were made but I have an 18 model year and have A LOT of rounds through it including 3 inch steel shot for duck hunting and have had no issues with mine...knock on wood
Bought one could not break hardly over 20 at trap out of 25, after 300 rounds went put up the card board put 6 x's on it went back to 16 yards from a rest now this is Brownings CX screwed in the midas full choke stacked the beads fired at six x's with 11/8 3 dram loads damn gun shot 8 t0 10 inches high above the center of the x's at a 40 yard shot i was probably 2ft high so sold it off and went wit the browning CX Citori I will give it one star as it went off every time i pulled the trigger, I asked my browning dealer why he had only on cynergy on yhe shelf and it was used asked him why he said because for a 60/40 gun they shoot to high even for trap it is to much high.
Love my CX. Shot 3 rounds straight my first time out with it
Cant go wrong with the Browning. Ive had a few over the years and still have this one in a composite
"Bob" moving into a combat crouch to shoot clays is ludicrous.

This might be the longest sentence i have ever read
Actually most clays shooters want a 50/50 gun
Yeah...
Horrible gun, the 725 puts it to shame.
Randy Wakeman disagrees with you.
The 725 is $1000 more
