I drove almost 20 hours to get to Indianapolis and Avon sounded way better than Cedar Park. I’m with Team Texas as well but Avon is just way too good and would hands down outscore our best Texas bands.
@@sneakylizard3165Avon would definitely outscore or be similar to the best texas bands but they certainly do not sound better. They have such a rough tone with constant stickouts and tuning issues
@@joshchambers9922 Your first sentence is true, but I still think they sounded much better than Cedar Park. The judges seem to think so since they did win the Music caption. They are well seasoned in the marching arts and properly trained in effective and fair judging techniques specifically for this activity. There’s no reason for us to question them since we’re all just a bunch of ignoramuses sitting behind a computer lol. Like telling an expert how to do his or her job. It’s just inappropriate and immature.
I thought Cedar Park did too. Especially considering the difficulty level of the music CP played. But I suppose it is all related to what the judges are looking for and what they deem most important.

After watching Avon’s performance from last week, I can tell you I think Cedar Park sounds better. I am biased though obviously 😂

Also, Cedar Park is rated as a AAA....Not AAAA Division like Avon rates out.
