The real issue is that Sega tries something and then immediately leaves it or doesn’t try to improve it. It makes them unable to decide on gameplay and leaving most of the games varying in quality. Whereas Mario games have taken a concept, learned from their strengths and weaknesses, and improved for future titles (compare 64’s gameplay to Odyssey. The polish is unreal). Meanwhile, Sonic has changed it’s gameplay like 12 times, never committing to something to gradually improve (leading to decent-at-best titles like Lost World).
06 can go fuck it's self. I tried, like really, really tried to enjoy that game. But the fact that I did a homing attack and fell through the stage because of it is total BS.

O Mboh imo developers should never rush a game because of the holidays, and they should focus on making the game how they want to and handling all of the bugs and glitches. I am not going to blame myself for something that isn't my fault. I'm not mad at the Sonic Team. I'm disappointed in my experience with the game. If it weren't for bugs and glitches, I would have loved this game.

Eh not the video, it's the comments. Mostly the sonic fan comments that go on and on about some games being bad others being good and sonic fans never being happy. Another game I like os Sonic Synergy, the prototype of sonic boom; it is far, far better than the released game. The reason they didn't use it was because after they released the trailer for it (now named sonic boom) sega said two things they didn't tell them before. 1. the release date is closer than they thought and 2. its for wiiu only. You see sonic synergy (later boom) was on a very powerful engine that only worked on xbox one and ps4; the wiiu couldn't run it. However sega didn't care to listen so they had to reprogram the entire game from scratch on a system they knew very little on, even with the help of nintendo themselves and had to release it early. Sonic Synergy was not made for WiiU. So when it released as sonic boom; well... You can pretty well see sega killing sonic boom, the same way they did with 06; they rushed it and barely talked. :/

Eh not the video, it's the comments. Mostly the sonic fan comments that go on and on about some games being bad others being good and sonic fans never being happy.
Another game I like os Sonic Synergy, the prototype of sonic boom; it is far, far better than the released game. The reason they didn't use it was because after they released the trailer for it (now named sonic boom) sega said two things they didn't tell them before. 1. the release date is closer than they thought and 2. its for wiiu only. You see sonic synergy (later boom) was on a very powerful engine that only worked on xbox one and ps4; the wiiu couldn't run it. However sega didn't care to listen so they had to reprogram the entire game from scratch on a system they knew very little on, even with the help of nintendo themselves and had to release it early.
Sonic Synergy was not made for WiiU. So when it released as sonic boom; well... You can pretty well see sega killing sonic boom, the same way they did with 06; they rushed it and barely talked. :/
