So very interesting! The contrast between the two shoes is remarkable, and a reflection of your wisdom and generosity. You, sir, are indeed a renaissance man. Thank you!
Greetings Mikko, hope you're well. Excellent tutorial. I really enjoy the traditional methods. Simple and effective. Thank you for sharing them. Happy holidays.
I love when you spit on your boots to clean them, my mother would spit on a tissue to clean the dirt off my face when I was a little child. It doesn't get any more traditional... Great video...

Hi Mikko. Love your work!
I could watch such videos all day long. 👌🏻👍🏻
Hi Mikko, thanks for sharing your Boot Grease recipe. I made up a big batch, but had to use beef tallow. Works like a charm! Many thanks, Vernon

Thank you for sharing this with us sir.
excellent...thank you
I bought some military surplus items with leather on them from Varusteleka. I've been looking for a way to make my own leather grease.
Kiitos!
Ole hyvä - You are welcome!
What does "Nahkaraswa" mean (on the lid)?
Leather grease in Finnish
the moment you spit i just know you can be trusted
My tar does not seem to mix with the tallow and wax at all - what could be wrong?
Try higher heat. And remember to warm up all of the ingredients.
Looks like snus in that little tin.
This is why to save the tins))
