Hey, this engine is called a: TAURUS. It was originally build in Italy but was continued in Austria🇦🇹. Like you heard, the locomotive has a musical engine. Point is on this, it’s the generators that bring electricity from the pantograph to the wheels. Hope this info will help.
I dont want to be the Nerd here but, The Siemens ES64U2, in austria known as Taurus or 1016/1116 where firstly ordered by ÖBB (Austrias National Train Operator) in 1996. The only Taurus trains traveling to Italy are the ÖBB Railjets, Nightjets and Eurocity´s.
I forgot that train was as well owned by DB. I only know it operated by Austrian railway. It is fascinating how it can play music in real life and train simulator! Great video!
yeah I know it is. but however it's worth noting that it's not actually music, it sounds similar to music but it's not. that tune you hear is actually the motor (the electric motor) accelerating. remember each electric motor will have different sounds during acceleration so it's not guaranteed the train plays actual music since it has a motor.

Just for clarification, the Dispolok 182‘s sounds have been updated and are way more accurate to the real life counterpart! Still my favourite German loco in TSW
the Dispolok Taurus has gotten a sound update, the MRCE and DB ones are outdated in terms of sounds so try the newest one (which is the Dispolok one as said before) if you don't have it yet, it's only 5 bucks or so, as it's just a loco addon
You're in east Germany the Capital of the free state of Saxony. The beautiful City i come from. And you're actually on a part of the oldest German Long-distance track.

4:22 you could leave that on and use the lever labeled the same. It is like an autopilot (will control how fast the train goes).
