If you turn on captions, at the end a caption appears for a time frame so short that I could only read it because of the UA-cam captions transcript feature, it says "I miss you #3..." foreshadowing that #3 ended up dying in their tests.

Edit: I checked the captions and I just realized “Mon” is probably short for “Monochro” (the villain) which means that these guys are probably working or helping Monochro somehow.
