One very important question regarding the Cast Time relic. Does it count as -50% Fixed Cast time or does it count as -50% of fixed cast time in flat? Like how Dark Illusion work with Chain lightning and Fixed Cast Time reduction. The flat reduction comes first, then the % reduction comes seconds, so 0.4 second become 0.15 and then you take away another 15% of that remaining 0.15 on warlock. Does the relic work like that or does it allow the player to instant cast chain lightning with dark illusion?
If you never reach team Sun on WoC or top 600 in leaderboard for 6v6 you won't really encounter those whales so often.. My guild is like going Sun and Moon yet we can still fight strategically for winning...
