Actual singer of Teri yaadein is Amr Diab, an Egyptian singer. Teri yaadein is remake of his famous Arabic song “Osad Einy".
Parwan Khan copied Amir Diab's song and translated into Hindi/Urdu. Parwan released it as Teri yaadein in January, 2011. Believe me Parwan's voice became super flop and song did not gained popularity.
Now comes Shrey Singhal who listened Parwan's song and sang better than Parwan Khan. Shrey sang Teri yaadein and released in December, 2011. In start Shrey had given credit to Parwan and was to describe it as cover song. But later he got copyright and his song was removed. But afterall as parwan Khan was/is not popular in youtube that's why shrey sang this song with the same lyrics and same lines again and it's goes viral but as it was not shreys own and the voice was matching a lil bit with atif that's why people started thinking that song was sing by atif but atif never sang this song.
