There and Back has a jazzy fusion feel to it. The stuff that he did was Hammer was great. I saw him play live with Jan Hammer in 1976. The great bonus of that night was seeing Lynyrd Skynyrd open up the show. The classic Skynyrd lineup was the best. Dreamtime is a solid album. I really dig 'Spiritwalker' and 'Gimmick'. Thanks Rob....ya I really like There and Back...great record. I only got to see Jeff Beck once on a Clapton Tour in the early 2000'a I believe. He opened for Clapton and then came out and played with Eric for about 3 or 4 tracks I think? It was a great show. Very envious you saw the real Skynyrd Wow! That must have been great. Ya I love The Cult...they were a big part of my 80's ....they are actually playing close to Toronto in June I think.....I may have to bite the bullet on a pair of tickets. That reminds me of "Gimme Back My Bullets"....one of my all time favourite Skynyrd tracks along with Poison Whiskey.
