My dads no longer with us but he used to work at Preston train station and get on at Poulton to get to work. Thank you, this is a proper blast from the past. He would have loved this 😊

Do you know if this was a totally bugged on PS5? I have been playing this for over a week and completed the training, then when I try to drive any routes the train won’t move. Then the cab/cockpit is in a blackout with no way to turn on the lights. Can you offer any help?
Choose a day time route. And make sure you are setting it up correctly
@@SimsAndStuff is there a special way to set up? Either the train won’t move or it’s pitch black dark and noting is visible in the cab.
Why have they completely missed out the electric overhead lines? Blackpool North to Preston has been electrified since 2018. This means that livery of Pacer usually occupies the single track, not electrified, Blackpool South route.
Because it’s set in the 80’s.

@@ronylouis0 That's a poor reply. The point is realism and immersion. Since they went to all the trouble of a great looking Pacer, they could at least be aware of reality. As far as your point goes, a Pacer runs without electric on the Blackpool South - Preston line anyway. Read fully before going full keyboard warrior

And if the point was truly pure realism the game would have better signalling haha it is overly simplified in almost all networks
