Fwiw your slice may be down to aiming right, try pointing your feet more left. Sometimes small adjustments can make a difference and you are striking the ball well.

I love your attitude you have fun. try this, take your club back so your butt of the club and shaft are lined with your toes. Feel like your right palm is down towards the ball. You should feel your right arm has a better structure. If your palm is parallel with the ball line your body will auto correct and it generally leaves the face slightly open

  • @neilpeace7734

Nice video and nice course! I think maybe you need to work on your alignment. You are either playing with a very closed stance which is slightly unusual or you are aiming about 30 yards to the right each time (driver) ...??? The stance you are using is only usually associated with a significant draw. Maybe if you play with a slightly open stance you would find it easier when you swing and less cramped? You are a great hitter of the ball and you have a pretty good temperament so that is a head start. Using those stick things or a club laid on the ground on the range would help I think. Love the excitement you generate amongst the golfers here and yes, we actually play with you and share your joys and pains. One of the most common conversations between a student and pro goes something like ... "Why do I keep hitting it to the right?" Pro ... "Because you were aiming there ...??" I'd love to see how you play if you pull your left foot back just 1 or 2 inches ... The way you could change your stance alignment is if you use a stick in front of your feet and aim that at varying points either dead straight or slightly to the left of target. Just a suggestion I'm not a pro. Open to any other opinions otherwise a nice video. Thx 😊👍 Shame you don't do facebook I could have shown you a freeze frame of where you were aiming. Just noticed that hole 2 illustrates the point perfectly. During visualization phase (3.09) you were aligned perfectly at about 5 yards to the left of the white marker/sapling? just in front of you. When you came to play the actual drive (3.13) you were aiming towards the right hand peak of the mountains there (nice view btw) a long way away from where you intended?? Result was a great strike but the only way you could get the club face to where you wanted it go .... was to cut across it and hence the big slice. Still looked quite pretty though 🙂

Who's giving you golf tips? That par 3 you said you wanted to smooth swing to take off some distance....90% of the time you're going to hit it left or right. Just shorten your swing ¾ swing and swing it normal. Anytime you try and slow a swing down bad things happen. Example: I'm going to swing hard with the driver. How often does that go south? Lol Love the content. Keep it up. 💯 you got this.

The old "foot wedge"...ala Willie Nelson style! Karol...golf is a cruel mistress..she will allow you one great hole a round, or maybe only one good shot a round. Just enough for you to think there is hope for your game. The club companies will lure you to more and more expensive and technical equipment on a yearly basis. Don't ask me how I know. Just have fun on the course. You will most likely never be a scratch golfer...that is rare company. So just enjoy the game at your level...if you give yourself the permission to just enjoy the game you may find that your game improves. One think is for sure, if you goal is to enjoy being out in nature with good friends and family, how much does a score matter?

Karol, Sorry but I have to give you some "tips". First, if you watch your friend "GM of golf", you will see how he allows his elbows to fold both back and through. You should try allowing your left elbow to fold sooner, in your down the line release action, to square the club and generate a little more "square face to target" swing speed. Yes, you may hit a few hooks but soon your body will learn the timing and feel of your new release, and you will be happy with the results. Second, this technique will eliminate much of your short putting misses. 1) line up the putter face with a loose right hand adjusting the face square to your intended stroke. 2) Take your stance without adjusting/changing your putter face. 3) Without looking back to the hole grip, the club with both hands, do not change your putter face orientation and make your stroke along the putter-target face line. Why does this work? Once you aim your futter face that's as good as you can do so adjusting only introduces face alignment error, the same for additional looking back at the hole which just creates doubt and F's with your brain.
