1) was /were there a failover Servers?
2) was the BVAS machine Set up to have log files. (for analysis) and are they saved
3) how many Servers are used and how were they distributed geographically for redundancies and availability
4)how was user protocol (who can grant right and roles Admin, Owner, User.... ) set up
5).......
