I think you have made significant different to the design of the set that you can release on your own. Seriously, I was originally going to build that alt set but after seeing yours there's no going back for me. Please please please releases sell these instructions for us AFOLs. This is a really great build and I don't want to see it go to waste.
@@skyguy365 Your attention to detail is phenomenal, as well as your ability to fully decorate inside spaces without feeling messy or cramped. They look elegant and with the right amount of detail. @@aalexis3 Thank you soooooo much!!! It really means so much to hear someone appreciate my creations like this!!! I will definitely be making instructions for my latest Chinatown MOC!!! If you DM me on instagram I’d be more than happy to share them with you!!!
Very nice!! I have been interested in MOCing the Noodle Shop, but haven't loved any of the designs I've seen until now. I think I might have to give it a try. Wish me luck, this will be my first MOC as an AFOL
I loved what you did for this build so much, I had to try it myself. It took a lot of trial and error to try and duplicate what you did, but for the most part it is turning out great.
Oh thank you so much!!! That’s amazing that you’ve been recreating it! If you would like more detailed pictures feel free to dm on Instagram! I’d be more than happy to send you some!

Amazing MOC of a MOC. You fixed the details that were bugging me from the original, well done 👍 +1 if you’re eventually able to share the instructions.
Awesome Modifications of this set(s) I had already some ideas to do mods also. But yours inspired me even more. Like the rest of the content so I subscribed to 👊😃👍
Love this MOC - saw your comment about instructions - for people like me, who are not as creative but love to build, sorry not to get those instructions :-( Looking forward to more builds from you
Thank you so much!!! I’ve actually attempted to contact the designers of the build I based it off to maybe reach an agreement or a collab of some kind but haven’t heard back from them at all sadly.
This is fantastic I have to sets to do the alt version but would really appreciate if you could share as much details and photos as possible on how to do this :)
Love your build. Can you publish it where people can buy the moc instruction? Your design is beautiful and I already have 2 sets.. I can another one if I can get hold of your design
Hey there! I think it’s a great set and highly recommend getting it!!! I unfortunately do not have a list of extra parts and I have actually taken this build apart and modified it as part of my newer MOC, the Chinatown Corner. This video and a few pictures are really all that’s left of it. Wish I could help more.
@@skyguy365 thank you so much for responding though ☺️. I just ordered the spring festive set and I remember watching your moc where you combined the noodle shop with the festive set. Will try out something similar. I can't wait for the next long weekend and I guess I will just have to go back and forth between the Lego shop and my place 😅.
thanks for the video, after the three sets what sort and guess of additional number of parts did you use, lots of different things? or was it mainly tiles for the side walk? Im working on the rebrickative set since i only have two noodle shops but want to work the third into it.
Thank you!!! It was quite a few honestly (mainly bricks to close off the back) I bought the third set to see how much I wanted to mod the og build and used like maybe 30% of its bricks.
That came out amazing! I’ve been looking into that set- but, I need to focus on figuring out my main project- plus, lego is pricing me out lately lol. I love this alt build, plus your mod/addition really makes it look incredible! Congrats!
@@skyguy365 well, it came out gorgeous! My main project that I’m constantly obsessing over, yet haven’t started to even moc up in studio etc lol is essentially a minifig scale massive Hogwarts castle- I know a few people have done it, I’ve been slowly acquiring a few copies of the 2018 wave of HP sets, and grabbing sets from the current wave that have elements that I want to use in it- it’s been expensive & I’ll likely get around to building the sets as they’re meant to be & then burn out lmao 🤣 I’ve seen so many gorgeous versions of it- I just don’t know if I can pull it off- I might die trying though 🤪 thank you again for sharing your MOCs & city etc- it’s all really inspirational!
@@KristenWhere WOOOOW!!! That sounds like an amazing project!!! Don’t worry if it takes you a while! The process is the fun part!!! I’m so happy that you find inspiration in my MOCs & set up, it motivates me to keep making content, so thank you so much!!! 🎉
Thank you for sharing! Love your moc. May I ask a question about the roof? I noticed the 1x2 white log bricks have studs facing outwards in your moc which is different to the original BA moc. I quite like yours as the original one used illegal technic to insert 2 studs in a technic 1x2 brick. Did you use technic pins to reverse the orientation of the bricks or other ways? Thanks.
Thank you so much! I originally did think of using the technic pins, but I didn't like how they looked from the inside of the terrace so I used some 1x4 bricks with studs on the side instead! Hope that helps!
I used original set +many pcs from saviory Bricks(Very good independent lego Bricks e-shop) And Now Its modular on 16x32 base Plate(it evolved throught time)
Thank you!!! I did need some parts of the third to complete it, however I had quite a few parts left over from it and did have to dig a bit into my parts collection to finish up the back walls as there simply weren't enough bricks.
@@skyguy365 Another question for you. For a build like this, do you plan it out first in something like studio, or do you just dump all the bricks out, and start building?
