Technical Father
It will take days to explain but I’ll give some main paints 1) first both parties exchange the witnesses name and agree in advance in which order witness will be called 2) witness cannot be called again once he has given his statement and cross examination has been done 3) lawyer can never ever say his client is guilty unless client admit he is guilty. 4) you cannot claim innocence of your client until all witnesses are closed 5) once witnesses are closed you cannot bring new witness or submit new evidence, only in exceptional circumstances court will allow new evidence. 6) you cannot cross examination your own witness or your client 7) you can’t cross examination in front of other witnesses except those who have given their statements.......and long list of so on 😂
