Just came across you and your watches on the urban gentry's channel, and I'm impressed! Really like the ISL-09 and the ISL-04. One of those is going to be my next watch purchase. Honestly, most of them seem like great values and I love the colorways. Plus, you seem like a really genuine guy that digs watches.

Already ordered the ISL-18 as soon as it became available. What's funny is, that because I wanted to check my email for confirmation of purchase from islandwatch.com I stumbled over the promotional email from Zelos for the new 40mm Swordfish watch when it was only 5 min old. I proceeded to buy the meteorite dial version and a few minutes later that one was sold out, after about 40 minutes being on sale.
So, thanks to you, Mark, I not only own another cool Islander watch but also the fastest selling Zelos so far. Thanks mate! ;)

I'm usually not a fan of either those Yachtmaster-style bezel-inserts nor of light-coloured bezel-inserts, but ... Wow! That dark blue one with the white/grey bezel is an absolute stunner! Remind me... why would I buy a Seiko when I can get these guys for less and with better specs?

ok...I just got the ISL18...damn!...it was definitely worth the wait! Now I know why they sold out so quickly the first time. The pictures and videos are good...but as everyone knows, seeing it in person, specifically on the wrist, is the only way to judge! And this thing is done quite well! Thank you!

After sleeping on it...I had to pull the trigger on the 04 and 13. I did try and exercise some constraint as I also wanted the 18, like the yacht master look. Maybe I can get that closer to Christmas. I trust the watches will be as nice as they look in the video. After all TGV has great things to say about Mark and long island watch. Looking forward to receiving the watches on Monday. Thanks

Love the look of these watches, especially the yacht master one. What I wish though was more of these in the 38mm case and getting these to be thinner. They are a bit chunky for my taste. I'm looking to see more of a 12-13mm thickness versus the closer to 14mm thickness.

The success of the line is well earned. You put your soul in the watches!. 2 question. I've come across a watch strap make Archer. What do you think of them? Do you do islander bezels for the 12 hours?
That 13 DLC IS THE BEST GOD INEED IT!
Never heard of them. Sorry. There are some 12 hour bezel models, like ISL-01

Beautiful watches sir!! I tried removing a sapphire insert from one bezel to the other and at first the paper/paint started to peal off, then I used nail polish to help and it took it all off and was left clear!!! I think once u install sapphire thats it! Don't try to remove it! (only down side) but the sapphire does make it the watch look that much more smooth!!!!

Totally agree sapphire is a one time install my 2 cents you could get a second bezel be able to swap back and forth or resell the old one

I really like this line of watches and fan of the channel. I'm torn on the DD vs Flat sapphire. Can someone explain pros and cons? I can see the difference but wonder why one would be chosen over the other.

I was torn between the ISL blue and the ISL Yacht Master. In the end, I realized the Yacht Master will look gorgeous when you put a matching blue ceramic bezel insert. I'll wait for that one.

Nice watches I think your Islander brand are some of the nicest watches I have seen. I really like the blue ones but got to many blue watches but will probably grab an Islander soon. Have you thought of doing a sunburst orange one like the Seiko orange monster 2018. Now that’s one Islander that would fly off the shelves I’m sure. Nice orange sunburst dial but with a nice sapphire divers bezel and fully luminous.

@@islandwatch The Seiko Orange Monster 2018 is impossible to get now. Imagine if you did a version. You would be onto a winner and your version would be far nicer with the full lume. Don't forget to send me a free one if you make it for giving you the idea. LOL. 😁

Hello, I accidentally change my date at almost 1 AM just after the date was changed while I was adjusting the time because of the DST. 😟 I even turned the date a few more times before realizing it. Will it damage it right away? 🥺 Maybe I should have just turn the time counterclockwise instead, is that safer?

Have you had any thoughts about also developing some watches based on the baby turtle case? The sizing is great as the lug to lug is compact.
You could massively improve on the Seiko offering by using alternative dial and bezel colours like the sold out Zimbe line. And remove the Cyclops ... And improve the markers !

Joe V., Don't give up on that ISL-18 it is spectacular. I had to wait for the second batch to come out. It was worth the wait. The 18 in person is twice as attractive as the video review shows. Hang in there. You'll be happy when you get one and it's on your wrist.
I know I'm probably in the minority but I just wish the colors weren't so flashy. really, really respect what you're doing though and wish you all the success in the world. white dial/black (coin edge?) bezel 38mm would be incredible but I understand sourcing parts aren't exactly easy.

An ideal model for me is one with a dark grey sunburst dial and date (no day).
