How to Setup SMTP

In this video, we’ll walk you through the process step-by-step!
1. Log into your HubSpot account.
2. Click on the gear icon at the top.
3. On the left panel, click on Objects and then select Activities.
4. Click on the “Email Log & Track” tab, click on “Exchange and IMAP settings,” and select “Add IMAP settings.”
5. Fill out the required fields and click on Add IMAP settings at the bottom.
6. Now, to set up Exchange settings, click on the “Add Exchange settings” option.
7. Fill out the necessary fields and click “Add Exchange Settings” at the bottom.
And that’s it! You've successfully set up SMTP in HubSpot, which will help improve your email deliverability and ensure your messages get through to your contacts.
