Hey, nice video. One correction, Bulgaria speaks Bulgarian and not Russian. The cyrillic alphabet which Russia uses was invented in Bulgaria. Cheers.

Не съм дошъл да многознайствам, а просто ме разгневи изказването, че говорим на език, който е на друга държава. Видял е надписи на кирилица и край! Само един руски се изписва на кирилица, то други езици няма... Могъл е да провери в интернет, а не да учи хората на грешна информация

This is not a Russian alphabet. This is a Bulgarian alphabet from the end of the 9th century, which Russia adopted from Bulgaria in 988 through the Bulgarian Christian books.

No, it is written in Bulgarian. The alphabet was created in Bulgaria, by Bulgarians (St.St.Kiril and Metodii) and long after that was given to Russia as well as the Christianity. More than 300 million people use it nowadays, including Mongolia.

Safer than any train in Western Europe. Oh, and you can go otside for a walk in the evening without worrying about being stabbed and robbed like for example in Belgium/France/England or anywhere I've been in Western Europe.

Absinth are well over 100 different drinks. Most of the absinth sold now is censored.
I spent a week there recently for dental work, have to go back twice more. I didn’t leave the hotel much so never got to see anything. I was travelling alone so it wasn’t a great week..

A few days back I have decided to explore Bulgaria as my honeymoon destination. So can anyone tell me is it a safe place to go? I am from India...
Yes, its pretty safe, for example I'm 17y.o but from age 15 till now at summer i stay out till 22 - 23 without any fear in me that I'll be stabbed or somth like that. Just avoid the neighborhoods like Orlandovci, Lyulin and Faculty in Sofia and everything else will be fine. Also you should know around central halls and the women's market have gypsies and it's nice to keep an eye on your things, but these two places are interesting to visit. All i said is related ti the capital. But i think you'll like it, there is a lot to see in Bulgaria, not only in the cities, but the nature is fantastic. For example you can check also: Golden Park (Lukovit), Eagle Rocks (Rhodope), The Womb Cave and Rye Hut. I recommend you to see our folklore dances and maybe to go to folklore concert
You can come to yambol. Pretty cheap and affordable. Or may be some sea resort off season.
