Yes, they are a band and work with a focus on the rock/punk genre, just like you said. BUT they are kpop band. Unfortunately there is no k-rock in this type of industry.

And I also understand the wish to refer the heroes and day6 to a k-rock band, but they call themselves a kpop band. In no case, do I want to offend anyone and everyone is free to consider them a "k-rock", but if anyone refers them to the idols and this industry, there is no problem, cause they are directly part of this media sphere. I hope now everyone will understand me correctly, because I love these groups, but you just have to look at the work of the jyp's division and you will understand why they cannot move forward normally in their category. Their zero promo is a direct reflection of the lack of k-rock in korea. (I apologize for my english skill, I'm still learning T_T)

And what you said at the end hurts, it is really true that Rock is not really popular in South Korea (at least nowadays), I really wish it was, there's so many cool bands like Madmans Esprit which doesn't get the recognizition that they deserve :(
