There is an air hose in front of the old shower house (white building between the office and the old barn) FYI. Haspin is a different animal when its muddy and from the looks of it that really wasn't that muddy. That place changes from week to week depending on how wet it is and how many people have been on the trails. If you really want a challenge Follow the arrows marked HC to clays hill, lots of good trail back there too.
Even though it's one of the closest places to us (after Interlake), we still haven't been. Our son and his buddies have been going there for years. They've been with Samaris, Jeeps, quads, Bikes, and SXSs... They are the ones raising heck and over-indulging. Form the sounds of things, the night-life gets pretty rowdy.
We head to Haspin for day rides. You can find just about anything your skill level requires there. Keep up the videos. You all must be from the nky area judging from the 275 bridge you crossed into Indiana on. Enjoy the new machine, and keep it safe.
Like the idea but not a huge fan of that look. You're right though, they would make sense for keeping the mud down. Not sure we understand the question. Did you miss a word in there possibly?
@@ExperienceSxS Mud Busters keep it off you and out of the bed. No need to dig through the mud for a Barley-Pop :) I couldn't believe the difference on my 900 Trail machine. I started with them on my XP-4!
Yeah, the main trails are marked but we were off trail for quite a bit of what we were doing during our visit. There's a main fire road that leads you out of the parking lot and then back into it. It's a big circle. Then, there are smaller, more technical trails branching off of that. All of that is marked, but the places we ventured into were deeper than that and found ourselves with the flat you saw in the video.
Great video carrying a plug kit and air compressor is a must. I seem to get at least one flat tire a day. one time I had 3 in a day. I carry plugs and a spare tire. However this weekend I went to plug and my compressor didn't work so I went to put the spare on and broke the wrench but eventually got the spare on using vise grips. Devils backbone is no joke I've tried it probably 50 times only made it twice. Also get yourself lots of plugs I used 30 in one hole once but it got me out of the woods.

We will have to try that out. Thanks for the tip!

That's what we've heard as well but we have never been there at night!

Haspin has claimed a few of our tires also, cool vid.
It can be a beast... Even though it's really not!
Yeah not a bad place to go for a day. it's close for us so it's where we go in-between our bigger trips.
ITP mud lite tires work great
Thanks for the recommendation!

Great tips! Thanks for the comment.
Fill your tires with liquitube you won’t have another flat.
How's the clean up?
