Hey everyone! When I see you there. It reminds me of the river at the bottom of my Grandmother's land in St.Vincent. Where we catch crayfish and bathe in the river water on Saturdays while my father went shopping for groceries. Before going he told us, " Don't go into the river" and you know we will always say, " Yes Daddy". But as soon as he left, we down into the water. We had so much fun jumping off big boulders into the river water. Then one Saturday, as I jumped into the river. A piece of board filled with about five or six nails poked me into my bottom foot. I scream and cried so much. Then, my Uncle Ulrick lifted me up all the way to the hospital where I received a tetanus shot and crutches to hop around by. It took a while before I walked on that foot again. But with the help of God I did it. 👏 Thank you Jesus! 👏 We made baby pot with the crayfish, dumplings and a few ground provisions as well. Just reminiscing about the good life bathing in the river and having fun in SVG. ❤
