I love the wedding Luka card. It's so beautiful. I remember seeing the tiger Luka card and actually screaming. I have a friend who is a huge Luka fan and they are so excited to pull fir the wedding and tiger Lukas, along with the music Luka.

As a EC series fan, i'm here to explain the story in #13 aka Kayo card, and in short version too. The songs contained the story are "The Tailor Shop at Enbizaka" and "Weathered Head at Onigashima". Sudou Kayo (as "Luka" with black hime-cut hair) is a beautiful famous tailor, lives peacefully in her hometown Enbizaka, has a husband who loves her so much (his name is Gakuga Octo - as "GACKPOID" or "Gakupo") and a son named Ren. Kai Miroku (as "KAITO") - a racist and a merchant, friends with Kayo family; when he know that a foreigner has arrived at Enbizaka, he set fire to that foreigner's house, and unfortunately the fire spread throughout the town. Gakuga went missing while evacuating people, Kayo was caught in the fire and suffered severe burns while her son Ren burned to death. Kayo then lived the days of depression, self-conscious because of the burns all over her body (even though they were cured) and envious with the happiness of other families. This envy makes her disgusted with herself. She wants to be freed from her current life.
Some time later, she meets a witch called Elluka "MA" Clockworker (as another "Luka"), the witch is using Lukana's body (the "Luka" girl in the Duke Venomania song) that has ability to see the future in dreams. Elluka, after learning about Kayo's story, offered to swap bodies with her. Kayo, on the other hand, is jealous with Elluka's beautiful appearance, so she agree. And then from to black-haired Kayo turns ito the pink-haired Kayo we see in the song and the card.
Then, by the witch's magic, the people in Enbizaka got hypnosised and thought Kayo has always had pink hair like that. Kayo then say goodbye to the witch and live her new life with her new looks. Kayo then dreamed about the future: she saw she kills Kai Miroku family and got caught. When the judge ask Kayo about her reason, she answer Kai killed her family, and by further investigatement, the government then realised about the extreme racist behaviour of Enbizaka people. After that, war happens and many people is killed.
Having a vision about the future, Kayo learned that the person who harmed her family was Kai, she is in hatred that could not be erased and want her vengence. But she is also aware that if she continues to act as in her dream, war in the future is inevitable. So, Kayo has made up her mind, she wants to revenge while still protect her hometown.
Her plan is to make herself a crazy and paranoid woman who thought the other's husband is hers. The song "the tailor shop at Enbizaka" is how she kill all of Miroku family members and kill Kai for the last. Mei Miroku (as "MEIKO") is Kai's wife, a beautiful lady who always treats Kayo so kind, Kayo then kills her with Kayo *very special pair of scissors* and stole Mei's red kimono. Miku Miroku is the older daughter - who is currently PREGNANT with her lover, Kayo kills both the mother and the child and stole the green obi away. The youngest child, Rin Miroku, is actually Riliane's reincarnation and want to reunite with Allen, but Kayo kills her anyway and stole the yellow hairpin.
In the trained version of Kayo card (0:42), we can see 3 scissors with color is red, green and yellow in the order that Kayo kills the Mirokus. Also, the bridge where Kayo is standing is the same bridge that she saw Miku comforted her father Kai when her mother Mei's body has been founded.
