e5 is good if you plan on upgrading the business zone and hitman hotels to E5 quickly so you always have a lot of coins and family gold for upgrades

I think in the hitman investment you should first max out development services, to reduce the amount of hitman coins and resources you need

Personally I would rather focus on mansion e5 and bring all my main buildings to e5 especially family business and hitman, with these you can now start working on stats,,, at m30 one even barely has enough speed ups to finish investments
