Hi Andrea! I just ordered these after searching EVERYWHERE and finally found them! I ordered them in a 38.5 and I'm so nervous they could be too big....In Chanel I am usually a 38-39 and I found a 38.5 so I just went with them - You mentioned that you ordered your normal size and I've heard someone else say that too but I've also read a lot of reviews that they run big :/ Should I be nervous?
I think they def are TTS! If that’s your best size you should be good!
Are they comfortable? Some people have said that the straps cut their feet.
Yes! I actually found them comfy! These are the canvas ones, so maybe if it was a different material they could feel different? 🤍
Hi, do you mind sharing the shipping company you got it with & if you were charged customs? It's one of my main hesitations shopping from them. Do they declare the value or just call it a gift and you dont have to pay customs?

How is the Velcro? I worry it will wear out
It’s good! I don’t wear them that often but still think they would hold up fine
You never mention if its comfortable to wear, how does it feel when you wear it for a long time. You were mainly just discussing the aesthetics of the footwear.
They are VERY comfortable and I never have issues when I wear them, didn’t have to break them in at all!
i keep seeing them on instagram and fall in love with them a bit more every time... but i find it really hard to find out what they cost, what would you say is the average price? loved your thorough review!!
I was the same way!! And thank you ❤️❤️ the prices really do vary dramatically based on which style you want and the personal shopper fees and shipping, etc. I know the rubber-like ones retailed for about $795 and the leather/gold was about $1200 - but in the secondary market, the prices are more likely higher due to demand and lack of inventory.
I just bought a Mule the other day for I was told by my friend that it was 40% off from Chanel @ Wynn Las Vegas & I’m from SF. The last time I bought a Mule was Oct. in Dubai so I knew how expensive it gets & it was my most priced shoe. So once again I pulled the trigger. My question is how much do u pay the Personal Shopper. ? For it was bought by someone whom I don’t even really know personally. More like a favor but I gave her a love gift anyway. Just wanna know what’s the reasonable fee. Thnx & I love ur videos. More power & looks very pretty. #SoYou 💞💓💕

I paid higher than retail and my size is 38
This style is still available, but extremely limited. I just got my pair through a personal shopper, and it took about a month for her to source them.
