Well because everytime it hits 6 AM amber jay todd and travis (the main characters) go running out bc they knew the door didnt have boards on it so they knew they were able to escape and on night 5 the door was boarded up as you saw and did you notice that all of them were running? So they didnt make it out at the end bc the door was boarded up thats why freddy didnt deactivate and freddy is different bc his deactivation system that activates on 6 AM is malfuntioning/broken on him so thats why.
just cuz its 6AM it doesnt mean all the animatronics have a heart attack and die
