Love this RV. That’s why we bought one in 2020 (2021 model). The dislikes first: The step - got used to it. The privacy curtain is not ideal but we don’t really use it. FYI there is a privacy curtain for the bunk above the bed also. The loves: Drives like a dream. I’ve driven it over 500 miles in 1 day !!! Can add swivel seats. The storage is phenomenal for a small class C. 50 gal fresh water tank for size of RV is great. Good for fulltime The Bed is super comfortable. Lots of USB and 120 V outlets. The small compartment above the cab can hold and charge a laptop. The black caps that Matt could not figure out are sensors - when you want to change lanes you get a visual sensor light as well as audible beeps If there are vehicles in adjacent lanes. The Sony display works as back up and left right camera monitor also. We got the optional automatic leveling as well as the 100W solar on the roof. Planning a LiFePO4 and major solar upgrade. Not needed since there is a generator but I like the option for longer boondocking

That’s really nice! Love the drawers in the bathroom. That makes sense since that where you’d be changing clothes. Like the over all airy feel of it, and double like that it’s on the 450 chassis. Not a huge fan of the fold up bed, but it get it. No other dislikes. This is just a really, really well planned coach!
I"m liking this! Small enough for me to handle on my own, enough sleeping options for anyone I might bring along. Along with a price that is in my ballpark. Glad to see Andrea, and I'm in agreement, that divider is the worst. Thank you guys so much for the education I am getting!
Great to meet you at Fuddruckers, saw one of these at show. Liked it step up was issue, rep said it's because tanks are insulated and heated in underbelly, four season type, don't know if it's true or not, Matt would know better. All the screws down both sides of roof may be a concern for leaks in future I hear. Liked unit I saw had everything, solar, leveling etc
I’ve missed you two. Love the storage, soft close cabinets, U shaped dinette, bathroom layout, but most of all the CCC. Prefer two side windows in the bedroom, but it’s not a deal breaker. This may be the one ☝️ for me. I’ve been looking for sooo long.
My wife and I just finished a week long trip in a rental of this motor home. After a living a week in this units and driving about 1000 miles I can say these good and bad items. Good, bathroom, great refrigerator, and the e450 chassis made for stable control with plenty of power for mountain driving. The bad, the slideouts have awnings to keep debris out of the mechanism. However even with a light wind the awning over the bedroom slideout was incredibly noisy, and kept me awake, the step that you mentioned was annoying, the screen that displays the backup, and turn signal cameras had poor resolution.
Wow! That's one of the nicest under 30ft coaches I've seen! Finally, lots of storage and an OCCC to back it up! To be honest, I can't find anything that I don't like about it. Even the slides are small enough as to be able to be pushed in if they fail while they're extended. It's refreshing to see motorhome plans like this. Forest River pretty much thought of everything, at least in my book. I really like this one. Thanks guys!!
They just need to move that wall about 6 inches and it really will be a PPP - this is a nice RV for 2 ppl they even give you a PPP= Prime passenger position. really like that this video is closer to the old way of doing things.
Overall I like this vehicle. I am normally the one to complain about not being able to use everything with the slide closed that being said.. 3 things I dislike 1. HATE the accordion door..they never work right and feel that it cheapens the rest of the RV. 2. I wish the space where the toilet was would be just a touch wider. 3.I dislike the propane and gas cooktop, some tunnels have restrictions and won't even let you drive if you have a propane tank. 3 things I love 1. I LOVE that you can use everything with the slide closed bathroom, fridge, oven (heck I can still sleep on the bed the way it's folded..other beds are folded differently and can't be used). 2. LOVE and I mean LOVE the closet size and location. 3. Love the bathroom layout. In all honesty...if it didn't have the propane/gas I would probably send you an email about finding me one.
I have been looking at the 25-26 ft Sprinter Class C. This Sunseeker isn't much longer but so much more room. And with that E450 more power too. Hmm. Maybe this is the one for me?
I LOVE haveing a U shaped dinette! This is my dream RV when we retire! We want our next rv to be small and we wanted a u shaped dinette over a couch and the largish bathroom is amazing.
I get the feeling the brand let the designers dictate what they wanted and told them "knock yourselves out." They did. That full size closet is a rarity, even in some "super C" RVs.
Happy to see Andrea!!! I love it, I'd just like to see the Murphy bed with couch in front rather than the flippy bed. At least then it isn't wasted space when overnighting at Walmart or taking a break somewhere.
So glad to see Andrea, she brings such a value added vibe...points out the things important to us gals that may otherwise get missed! Love the Sunseeker, but that style bed w/accordion door put the kibosh on it for me.
Great to see an old school video from you guys! This is my favorite style video y’all do. Great to see Andrea again! Forest River quality has not been good in the products I’ve seen. Love that bathroom though!
Dislikes: step up (I personally would rather lose the pass-through storage to avoid the step up), accordion door, tv placement. Likes: layout is well thought out. Love the closets (I don't recall ever seeing that in a class c), big kitchen and big bathroom. U-shaped dinette is nice and they apparently do have an option for theatre seats. This one is worth considering.
Microwave should be above the counter. Great pantry. No side window in the bed, missed opportunity. Love that the TV in the bedroom is included. Love the soft close cabinets. Having looked at the various Matt’s Class C videos, this is my favorite Class C. It just needs some additional items like the windows by the bed headboard. For the price it seems like you get a lot.
I liked the bathroom, too. Would like to see the front seats swivel and recline to add to the seating. I liked the colors. Did not like the tv placement nor the microwave placement. Would rather have a drawer below the cooktop and the microwave above the cooktop.
Surprised you never mention those U Dinettes turning into a bed also makes it like a giant chaise lounge chair. Its better than a couch in cases like this, imo. If they do those accordion doors they should at least use those old school classroom divider style ones.
Would like to see a Murphy sofa combo instead of a split bed, don’t like the floor or balances designs and would like a tv outside. Love the bathroom, dinette and the double slides. Thanks for the review 😀
I like the murphy bed , because two lounge chairs can lie flat. When the bed is down. When the bed is up, the chairs work again. And a table attached to the bed, folds down. To make a dinette or working table
Hey Matt and Andrea, great to review a Sunseeker finally! I do like the light interior as well as the kitchen and the rear bath is huge for a class C! Not crazy that you go through the bedroom to get to the bathroom or the accordion door! This one is on my list Matt! Keep on keepin' on!
I love the layout.. not a fan of Magic Chef…also- agree on TV placement in the bunk … they need to come up with a way to have a televator somewhere instead. It’s my favorite small RV so far on the show 😊
Love the cabinet space inside. Bathroom space and layout was nice. Smaller size class C was nice for all the interior size. Dislikes include the bed folding up, but understand for this size, just has to be. Why do two of the outside storage doors open down and all the others open to the top. Prefer they'd all open to the top. Last dislike was the flimsy door to the bedroom. Another like was the ladder for the overhead cab bed can be stored right there in the front and out of the way.
Do not like slide outs, do not like Class C with the over hang (B+ Like, Class C in disguise) but..........this unit is a winner, light color, very good storage, good chassis, and PPP!!!!!! Thanks A&M!
Yay!!! Andrea's back!!! Just isn't the same without Andrea. I think this is a cute small motorhome. I really like the bathroom and that there is a closet and pantry space!!! I could do without the bunk over the cab and just put extra cabinet space and have a better tv placement. They even tried to give you a little place to put your cell phone or maybe bottle water by the bedside. I agree....I don't like that accordion door. I would replace it with a curtain maybe. I do like the valances! I normally don't. But they are different and cute and go with the shade nicely. I like that they gave you a place for the garbage can both in the kitchen and in the bathroom. Quite tight looking on the sides of the bed. Overall....really thought out floorplan. Thanks Matt and Andrea!!
Thanks one of the coolest small motor homes I have ever seen! The one thing I am not too keen on is in the bed over the cab and the ladder placement. Or the tv placement. It seems like they would be in each other's way. Otherwise, I am smitten over this little guy! The bathroom....super huge!!
Love seeing that bathroom. Also, I like the skylight over the dinette. Really improves the lighting in the dinette and kitchen areas. That really showed up nicely in your video. One thing I noticed on the roof when you were up there that I really liked, was the fact that all the vents and air-conditioners were pushed over to the street side of the rv. This leaves plenty of room to install a large solar panel array up on the roof quite nicely. Looks like you could get 3 or 4 large panels up there.
I love the counter extension, the u-shaped booth, the closet, bathroom space & layout & all of the storage inside & out. I have to agree with the accordion door, it also blocks off the bathroom access to the bathroom for, children/or guests. I also love the compressor fridge.❤️😊

My Dream RV would be if the designers of this layout and the Entegra Odyssey 26 M got together and took the best of both and gave us the perfect smaller RV!
I really like this one, perfect for national park hiking trips. I love the huge dinette, two people could comfortably use their computers if needed, the bathroom is actually usable in this size and the price is right as well
15:59 That's what she said! Come on everyone! You were all thinking it, I just said it! You were either thinking that or you were thinking "That's too bad. But I'm sure that won't be the case for long, since that unit's been sold!" Likes: 1) I really like that dinette! I really does make up for not having a sofa. If you're thinking pre-covid times, you could easily have fit 4-6 people around that thing! 2) That bathroom is AWESOME! In that small of a unit, it's like the designer was told to make a comfortable small unit that's practical and their mind said "Then the bathroom can't be skimped on!" And they didn't! 3) I love that pantry! Combo that with all the soft-close cabinetry and you have a winning combination in the kitchen, and throughout the motorhome! Dislikes: 1) The flip-up bed! There's just not a good, cost-effective way to make that seam comfortable. I've seen people do it with topper pads, but then your normal queen sheets don't fit it anymore. 2) I have to agree with Andrea on the bunk over the cab. 440LBS is such an odd number. Why not just use the slightly better materials and bump it up that extra 60LBS? Seems like an odd thing to scrimp on. 3) I have a toddler, so I have to include that accordion door. He'd tear through that in about 2 seconds! And if he didn't tear through it, he'd rip it off the track, for sure!
Not bad for a smaller rv. What/how do the storage compartment doors stay up? Why not disclose what the price it sold for? Like: Pass thru storage in rear compartment, U-shape dinette, drawers with storage under dinette, pull out pantry, and trash can. Dislike: No where to sit, except the dinette; pretty much the entire bedroom...step up to bed; acordian door, fold up bed, window where headboard would be, not a walk around bed.
I didnt mention the storage doors. I dont think they stay up! And I dont know what price it sold for and even if I did I wouldnt say it because.... Then people would say that Matt sold this one for $XX,XXX and they would want the same price... Well the problem is that the one they would want to order would be a 2022 and this one is a 2021 and the 2022's with all the shortages are alot more money

Would have preferred combo w/d prep in br closet as an option. Could have put a partition between bed and pantry, at least, to shorten length of accordion. Front tv small and bad place, be better on partition if front seats swivel. Like the dinette, storage under, main awning being almost full length.
Happy to see Andrea back. Great review. And happy to see you getting ads to offset some of the costs. However 40-45 min ads will never get viewed. Both likes and dislikes are valid. Like the fact that it's a shorter length yet seems spacious enough to be comfortable in. This is a full time dream for me.

This is a really nice "small" motorhome. Storage, decor, nice kitchen/ booth. Really like the outside too but for us, as two old youngsters, the step by the bed is a problem. Other than that, it's interested me in Sunseekers.

HI Andrea, I do like that you can still use it with the slide in. You can use the bunk over the cab for sleeping. so for one night, it would be good.. Love the kitchen, the closet space. Not a fan of the bed, and yes it is what it is. Wonder if you can bring a rolled-up topper for it? Love all the storage. Wish they had it prepped for solar.
Thanks! My favorite bathroom. I wish I could find a C class with no slides, rear bath like this one. I’m solo and only need a twin or full bed. I have had too many slide troubles and the slides reduce insulation values. I’m want the least amount of maintenance as possible. Love ya
I like where they put the toilet. I agree the tv placement over the bunk is bad. The step up to the bed and down to the cab could be a danger especially at night. I agree that accordion door is just wrong. It is going to break after a few times using it. I like the CCC.
This is a amazing class C. Great for Is national parks, state park. Had a 25 foot class C many many years ago. Love the floor plan and yes about the bed but it is what it is Matt. It's a great couples camper great storage. Hi Andrea 👋
You know they typically mount these suckers high up that I have to stand on my tipee toes to make sure I’m not gonna spill pulling out say a full coffee cup 🙄, but here it looks like you may give those knee muscles a work out bending down. Haven’t had the luxury to have a low micro to see if I would like it better, lol. Cheers 🍻
Liked this floor plan so much, I bought the 2022 Forester version which is model 2441DS. The Forester has Theater seats as an option which is great for a older couple who prefer comfort over a table. My wife and I prefer to cook and eat outside unless it’s bad weather anyways so we had no need for a dinette.

Storage is really great! For a small Class C, I’d buy one. The pull-down shades are much better than mini-blinds, much better!

Dislikes include the bed folding up, but understand for this size, just has to be. Why do two of the outside storage doors open down and all the others open to the top. Prefer they'd all open to the top. Last dislike was the flimsy door to the bedroom. Another like was the ladder for the overhead cab bed can be stored right there in the front and out of the way.
This was our favorite RV at the Hershey show! I love the bathroom!

Yay!!! Andrea's back!!! Just isn't the same without Andrea. I think this is a cute small motorhome. I really like the bathroom and that there is a closet and pantry space!!! I could do without the bunk over the cab and just put extra cabinet space and have a better tv placement. They even tried to give you a little place to put your cell phone or maybe bottle water by the bedside. I agree....I don't like that accordion door. I would replace it with a curtain maybe. I do like the valances! I normally don't. But they are different and cute and go with the shade nicely. I like that they gave you a place for the garbage can both in the kitchen and in the bathroom. Quite tight looking on the sides of the bed. Overall....really thought out floorplan. Thanks Matt and Andrea!!

Thanks one of the coolest small motor homes I have ever seen! The one thing I am not too keen on is in the bed over the cab and the ladder placement. Or the tv placement. It seems like they would be in each other's way.

Love seeing that bathroom. Also, I like the skylight over the dinette. Really improves the lighting in the dinette and kitchen areas. That really showed up nicely in your video. One thing I noticed on the roof when you were up there that I really liked, was the fact that all the vents and air-conditioners were pushed over to the street side of the rv. This leaves plenty of room to install a large solar panel array up on the roof quite nicely. Looks like you could get 3 or 4 large panels up there.

I love the counter extension, the u-shaped booth, the closet, bathroom space & layout & all of the storage inside & out. I have to agree with the accordion door, it also blocks off the bathroom access to the bathroom for, children/or guests. I also love the compressor fridge.❤️😊

I really like this one, perfect for national park hiking trips. I love the huge dinette, two people could comfortably use their computers if needed, the bathroom is actually usable in this size and the price is right as well

Likes:
1) I really like that dinette! I really does make up for not having a sofa. If you're thinking pre-covid times, you could easily have fit 4-6 people around that thing!
2) That bathroom is AWESOME! In that small of a unit, it's like the designer was told to make a comfortable small unit that's practical and their mind said "Then the bathroom can't be skimped on!" And they didn't!
3) I love that pantry! Combo that with all the soft-close cabinetry and you have a winning combination in the kitchen, and throughout the motorhome!
Dislikes:
1) The flip-up bed! There's just not a good, cost-effective way to make that seam comfortable. I've seen people do it with topper pads, but then your normal queen sheets don't fit it anymore.
2) I have to agree with Andrea on the bunk over the cab. 440LBS is such an odd number. Why not just use the slightly better materials and bump it up that extra 60LBS? Seems like an odd thing to scrimp on.
3) I have a toddler, so I have to include that accordion door. He'd tear through that in about 2 seconds! And if he didn't tear through it, he'd rip it off the track, for sure!

Not bad for a smaller rv. What/how do the storage compartment doors stay up? Why not disclose what the price it sold for? Like: Pass thru storage in rear compartment, U-shape dinette, drawers with storage under dinette, pull out pantry, and trash can. Dislike: No where to sit, except the dinette; pretty much the entire bedroom...step up to bed; acordian door, fold up bed, window where headboard would be, not a walk around bed.
I didnt mention the storage doors. I dont think they stay up! And I dont know what price it sold for and even if I did I wouldnt say it because.... Then people would say that Matt sold this one for $XX,XXX and they would want the same price... Well the problem is that the one they would want to order would be a 2022 and this one is a 2021 and the 2022's with all the shortages are alot more money

Would have preferred combo w/d prep in br closet as an option. Could have put a partition between bed and pantry, at least, to shorten length of accordion. Front tv small and bad place, be better on partition if front seats swivel.

Happy to see Andrea back. Great review. And happy to see you getting ads to offset some of the costs. However 40-45 min ads will never get viewed. Both likes and dislikes are valid. Like the fact that it's a shorter length yet seems spacious enough to be comfortable in. This is a full time dream for me.

This is a really nice "small" motorhome. Storage, decor, nice kitchen/ booth. Really like the outside too but for us, as two old youngsters, the step by the bed is a problem. Other than that, it's interested me in Sunseekers.

HI Andrea, I do like that you can still use it with the slide in. You can use the bunk over the cab for sleeping. so for one night, it would be good.. Love the kitchen, the closet space. Not a fan of the bed, and yes it is what it is. Wonder if you can bring a rolled-up topper for it? Love all the storage. Wish they had it prepped for solar.
Ofcourse you can always bring a mattress topper!

Thanks! My favorite bathroom. I wish I could find a C class with no slides, rear bath like this one. I’m solo and only need a twin or full bed. I have had too many slide troubles and the slides reduce insulation values. I’m want the least amount of maintenance as possible. Love ya

I like where they put the toilet. I agree the tv placement over the bunk is bad. The step up to the bed and down to the cab could be a danger especially at night. I agree that accordion door is just wrong. It is going to break after a few times using it. I like the CCC.
This is a amazing class C. Great for Is national parks, state park. Had a 25 foot class C many many years ago. Love the floor plan and yes about the bed but it is what it is Matt. It's a great couples camper great storage. Hi Andrea 👋

You know they typically mount these suckers high up that I have to stand on my tipee toes to make sure I’m not gonna spill pulling out say a full coffee cup 🙄, but here it looks like you may give those knee muscles a work out bending down. Liked this floor plan so much, I bought the 2022 Forester version which is model 2441DS. The Forester has Theater seats as an option which is great for a older couple who prefer comfort over a table. My wife and I prefer to cook and eat outside unless it’s bad weather anyways so we had no need for a dinette.

This is a real nice layout for a small Class C. I have a 2021 Sunseeker 3050S and love it!! Glad to see you are able to do Forest River products now!
