Would a full AD sin work? Seems to me the survivability in certain items not really that good. You said yourself that you don't seem to stay alive when getting hit a lot in this meta so why not kill faster? Your ad ratios are all 100% and over

that's trippy I think Vlad's W costs current HP to use so that's how he lost health
at the same time it looks way too much so idk xD maybe its a bug

I watched it in slow-mo... i dont think its a bug. I think his W just cost that much health (though it def seems excessive) because my ult + his W would have done way more than 550 damage -- also there was no numbers that popped up to indicate damage was dealt
