Songque has two forms, the green one is her normal form, and the golden one is her Astral Burst form. They only improved the texture and feet model in her golden form.
Do her feet show as much in her green mode? Are you suggesting they did a half-job improving only the gold mode?

This is just a small detail that's quite nice, but it depends on whether you enjoy the gameplay or not because in my opinion, HI3 requires a lot of grinding and playing three games seems somewhat difficult if you don't have much time.
