There's this one piece of dialogue that always gets me: At the end of season 1, they save this family from Azazel but fail to kill him. Sam wants to get back in the burning house but Dean is holding him back. Dean: "You can't go in there, Sammy, it's suicide!" Sam: "I don't care!" Dean: "Yeah, well, I do!" That last "I do" somehow means so much to me because it shows how close the brothers truly are and how much Sam means to Dean. It doesn't matter that Sam ran away from them, it doesn't matter that they fight all the time: He is his brother and he won't let him go. Also, while I heard a lot of similar lines in movies ("It's suicide!" "I don't care!"), I never heard such a short and meaningful response to that.
