The mall was my entire childhood dream. When I was in my foster home in Manhattan, I would BEG to go there but it was never open. Now that I’m an adult, I moved back to Italy and am watching my childhood launch without me. I’m not sure who the target audience is for though. Rich people with kids? If there was more themeing like early 00s Las Vegas, I can see people going. But it looks sterile and not attractive. And the mall just can’t afford to upgrade it seems.
It's still being built. There are vacant spots and a "fourth floor" being added. I've heard rumors the mall is losing money because of the pandemic and its size. Honestly, I think the mall was a mistake
If the Jets/Giants had years like the Patriots did, then this Mall wouldn’t be such a failure. They also should’ve made sure it was easily accessible from Manhattan in a few different ways.
Ironic Xanadu there's a movie with same name. After the failed make money at the box office. The movie was called Xanadu don't. I probably laugh about that later.

Beautiful mall perfect for families to enjoy indoor activities (9 months of bad weather in NJ) carpaccio restaurant next to Sacks5Ave is delicious!
