Right. I’m sitting here thinking “How?” Same agent maybe? Did my research…..Hurts was still in school when Brown was drafted. But articles say that they established a great friendship during camps before college.
As a guy who grew up in Pittsburgh, watching the Steelers take James Conner was one of the most wholesome moments I can remember in the sports world. He was a native of the area, played college ball for Pitt and was biggest story in town during his fight with cancer. The whole city was captivated by this guy and his resilience, rightfully so I might add. To see him live out his dream surrounded by his family AND an entire fanbase that loved him was truly awesome.

Some people don't realize how hard it is to make it to the NFL, NBA or any professional sport. There are so many different selections to choose from. It takes a lot of dedication and commitment for someone to be noticed. It's not the luck of the draw it takes pure talent.
I said from the very beginning...DK WAS THE STEAL OF THAT DRAFT CLASS! Now he's a top 5 WR, STILL in his rookie contract ...love my SEAHAWKS, they better not fumble his contract negotiations coming up
