- After the original members Letoya and LaTavia were dismissed from the group after internal disputes couldn’t be met, Destiny’s Child recruited 2 new members. But that was short lived after Farrah left the group after being unable to keep up with the hectic work schedule. We all know what happens after this.

She left because it was a toxic work environment, being bullied and ostracized. She wasnt standoff-ish. This is what mutism looks like after being socially isolated from a group but then to everyone else, it appears Farrah is the one with the attitude. I'm going through this at work so, I get it.
I don’t believe she was isolated or bullied. There’s plenty of footage of all them acting silly and friendly towards each other. Farrah herself said she was always sick and tired and because of this she didn’t show up to their work appearances and shows or if she did she was off to the side. She also said she didn’t like the fact the group was ran by Beyoncé’s family and Kelly basically being family too, that she feel like an outsider and basically was more so stand offish. I believe her having “an attitude” is more so her being tired and having to constantly work. She left cause it was inevitably too much and it wasn’t worth it to her.

I mean you gotta give Farrah Franklin some kind of credit... Beyonce and Kelly were on a natural adrenaline high promoting an album they worked hard on recording... Michelle was a background singer for Monica so she knew the hustle and bustle of being on tour... Farrah ain't know shit from a can of paint...so yes she became sick tired and even home sick...I'm amazed that she lasted that long...5 months of hopping out of plans on to stages interviews and photoshoots... remembering dances and lyrics that weren't yours in the first place...not to mention the hate that came along with the replacement of Lativa and Le Toya

Farrah was stunning. But if you watch some live performances you can hear her voice didn’t mesh well with the others. There are performances where bey is trying to show her the key she should be in lol. She was just good to look at tbh. Bey, Kelly and Michelle had that star power from years of preparation. Farrah just knew how to look good cause she was a video urban model first.

She wasn’t a singer. She was a model. She got chosen into the group because of her looks.
Farrow had also never been on tour prior to Destiny’s Child. Michelle on the other hand, had much tour experience because she was on the road with Monica.

Everyone that blamed Beyonce for all that happened in Destiny’s Child was dedicated to being on mute at the renaissance tour.
Farrah didn’t have the talent or work ethic that’s why she couldn’t last. You can’t be as great as Beyoncé and have a work ethic like Farrah!
Lmao they said Farrah was going out to the clubs and everything while Bey Kelly and Chelle would be in the hotel room fast asleep. She didn't grow up being parented with boundaries and rules the way the 3 of them did. She had been on her own since 15.. so she was raising herself from an early age and had been coming and going as she please for years. She also didn't have the same church background that bey Kelly and Michelle had along with tavia and Toya. She was like the wild card of the group.

Also: Letoya & LaTavia didn’t necessarily demand more money from Mathew. They asked to be able to see where their money was coming & going then once he refused & kicked them out, they demanded (legally) for their manager fee to be returned to them
Farrah was the one with the natural curly dark hair. She was in Beyoncé’s chair. In the beginning you also see her sitting on the floor in the background. Also Letoya and Latavia were also making a point that Beyoncé and a car and other lavish things when they themselves couldn’t afford it. Yeah the wanted to see the money they were going but after going through the attempts of acquiring separate management, it seems more of a “I’m handling this” (more demanding) rather than asking to see itemized billings. (In my perspective).

She shines now due to her performances and strategy her father and husband crafted for her to win. Her music isn’t that popular overseas like people think it is.

Farrah and Michelle were initially chosen to be temporary members until they found 2 permanent members. Farrah was chosen because of her beauty. She was actually more drop dead gorgeous than Beyonce at the time. Michelle was chosen because she already had met Destinys Child previously while they were on tour as the opening act for Monica. Michelle was a background singer for Monica at the time. And she was free. She auditioned for them and instantly clicked with Kelly and Beyonce and the whole family. Farrah never clicked with them. Michelle Kelly and Bey were raised in a similar way. Growing up in church. Being involved in music at a young age. They were Methodist. Michelle is COGIC. Farrah didn't grow up like that. She came from a troubled home life and was independent by the age of 15. She could hold a tune but she never truly had a voice. She only officially sung on Independent Women Part 1. She sung on Say My Name remix and Jumpin Jumpin remix but not on the original tracks. Those are Letoya and Latavia's voices.

@@true90skid actually Jumpin Jumpin was recorded by Beyonce alone. That track was originally for her solo debut but it was put on the DC album since it had single power to make them hotter..

Even though I'm not a Beyonce fan, I like seeing her playful personality in this video. It's like this Beyonce no longer exists, like her personality faded over the years.
Beyonce doesn't do interviews and insights anymore cause people criticize everything and she's a private person anyways. Her personality shines through at times, especially now on her Renaissance tour

They were making up an excuse saying she was sick and she had the stomach flu in front of MTV. When in reality she had left the hotel because She claimed she was tired. She mentions this in the Wendy Williams interview. When the girls arrived back at the hotel room, they thought Farah changed her mind and would be there, but she never came back.
Latavia and Latoya didn’t want a new manager they wanted a financial advisor to come in and that’s what they both have claimed
Well Beyoncé and Mathew were saying they wanted someone else to manage them since they felt they were getting paid less.

i don’t see how you could see that because she seem really nice in interviews, if she was sick or not in the all access videos not everyone has that outspoken & playful side to them. But we don’t see behind the scenes so who really knows.
