The judging was a joke here, glad I didn't travel to Florida. Kudos to competitors

Doesn't seem like much but I helped a guy break his ankle like this once.
Not bragging. He was a friend who hurt himself seriously. Had his ankle splayed open for quite awhile, while it healed.

How can push hands be applied to real life situations? Not knocking it, actually intrigued by it; also genuinely curious. I also appreciate sport competition within martial arts.
