Even in such a Situation Usopp knows instantly how to make the best of it and get as much info as possible. A direct cut back to his convo with Sanji last ark "theres things I cant do, think about what you can do!" that shows how Ussop grew and found his strengh and part.
Nah, the cursed blade didn't get disintegrated. That was the quality blade that the sword shop owner decided to gift to Zoro when he saw his determination when he acquired the cursed one. He still has Kuina's sword (the one that he keeps in his mouth, that resisted even a slash from Mihawk) and the cursed one.

No it’s just not good because Gecko Moria just sucks, the only thing redeeming is the comedy and Brook, plus I guess Robin and Franky’s first arc actually like doing things with and for the crew, oh and I mean the ending redeems the arc a good bit as well

Well a fresh zombie could probably be strong as the body isn’t instinctively holding back unconsciously for self preservation but yeah eventually time would decompose the muscles rendering them frail not a doctor so don’t know how long it would take.

If I recall, most of the blade is destroyed but there's still enough to let it rest in the sheath.
