No, they don't mention Ciel in the film. You just assume that Shiori is a descendant of him somehow. So I'm guessing the film makes the assumption that Ciel lived long enough to at least have children. Looking forward to a sequel! Also, it'll be great to have a live action Kuro film later on that follows the manga once the manga is complete. :)
