- God I just watched this movie a few days ago and man was it amazing? Hell yeah!
To be honest I didn't have many expectations on it since the trailer didn't convince me at all but yeah I still gave it a try and guess what? The movie freaking blowned my mind! *-* It had everything I never ever dared to wish for to happen! *-*
I also watched the anime so yeah I was pretty attached to the pair from the beginning but even if you haven't watched the anime you guys could still give it a try. :)
It might be very confusing at some parts but you'll eventually figure everything out by the end.

THIS is SO PERFECT. when I was watching this scene in the movie I was literally thinking OMG ASSASSINS CREED SYNDICATE. and this is the song they use for that game trailer too. LOOOOVE it

Question? Does he ever explain what happened to Ceil? Did he take his soul in the end?
No, they don't mention Ciel in the film. You just assume that Shiori is a descendant of him somehow. So I'm guessing the film makes the assumption that Ciel lived long enough to at least have children. Looking forward to a sequel! Also, it'll be great to have a live action Kuro film later on that follows the manga once the manga is complete. :)
