    Love the advise Noah but did anyone else notice the weight on the bar? 35lb plates? Was just curious if this was on purpose or if Noah was just getting a feel for the workout and is planning on doing it again in a couple days?

      Inner plates were probably 55lbs each

    I wonder if he's redoing it because he didn't start at the side of the barbell but in front of it.
