→ How are the thermals when playing on those settings?
• Gets pretty toasty if you're playing on your lap or something, but otherwise it's just warm. If you play until your iPad's battery runs out i'd bet it get really uncomfy haha (i haven't played a single session that long, yet...) c:

→ How do you connect a controller to your iPad/iPhone?
• Heads up: only iPads (and other iOS devices) currently have controller support in Genshin. Provided you have a bluetooth, MFi controller or something like an official Playstation Dualshock 4/Dualsense, do the following:
1) Turn on pairing mode for your device. If you have a Dualshock 4, press the capture and PS button until the back light panel starts flashing rapidly.
2) Go to settings on your device.
3) Go to bluetooth and select your controller to connect to it.
4) Open up Genshin, go to settings, controls, control type, change from touch to controller.
5) Profit! c:
→ Where did you get your controller (DualShock 4)?
• It's a custom DualShock 4 I modded myself! The pink housing is available on Amazon from Extremerate if you want to DIY it
→ Where did you get your emergency food/Paimon?

I love Fontaine so far. It’s so beautiful. Genshin really stepped up over the years. Question: Should I pull c1 Yelan or pull Childe since I don’t have him?
@giuliixxbro they have yelan and c0 is enough childe is arguably still the best char in the game they should go for him
as a haver of both, trust me, yelan c1 is way more worth it. especially for exploring purposes 👀 meanwhile childe on the other hand….. he’s been collecting dust in my account since 2 years ago lmao
Go for c1 yelan. If you go for childe he'll just rot in your teapot trust me
I always prefer getting a new character than cons, but that’s really just my preference lol 😅 but if you have good teams and weapons/artifacts for Childe, I’d say go for him! All the ppl that have him always say how good of a character he is! I also think he has a really cool personality and lore!
i got childe on my birthday so im quite bias but hes very fun!! its your decision tho do you want an extra charge for yelans skill or a completely new character? using both of them together is also an amazing duo! (i have c1 yelan and ill admit its amazing for energy reasons but honestly id go for a new character imo)

Any advice for a new player? I tried Genshin a few times already on pad and ps but I can barely make it after the tutorial because it gets so overwhelming and I have no idea what to do/how to do it 😭

Honestly, just take it slow! It is meant to be a relaxing game so just go walk around and collect whatever you see. If you see a quest, just go ahead and complete it
the gameplay really isn't too badfor a beginner so just do whatever you want. it is once you reach higher AR levels (adventure rank) levels that you start checking out how to max your artifacts etc etc but that is for another day
always check your quests in the pause menu. the main story is Archon Quest. just keep following it and set target to navigate and follow the marker on the mini-map

Could you give us an insight as to how big the storage that it requires in full installation?
As far as I know, HoYoVerse released a compressed version of this game for phone, where it only requires roughly 30GB. On PS5 and PC, it requires 70+GB.

Lyney+his bow+ new artifact set= CHAOS! also if this helps, whenever you run into those blue and gold balls, pick up the blue one and hit any gold ones you see, and pick up the gold ones and hit any blue ones you see. The random mechanical monuments you see with the gold balls, some of them have a chest, an enemy, mora, etc when unlocked. Hope this helps
